About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Rent Analyst to join our team at Bayman Atkinson Smythe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience working within finance and compliance, particularly in the housing sector.

As a key member of our Income Team, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all relevant fiscal regulatory and statutory requirements. You will provide statistical analysis for rent charging and rent collection to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with a part-qualified status (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CIPFA). Experience working within housing or property, as well as knowledge of rents, is desirable but not essential. Excellent IT skills, including advanced use of Excel, are required to analyse large complex data sets and produce reports for a range of audiences.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000, plus benefits such as 33 days holiday per year, company pension scheme, and health cash plan. You will also have flexibility in your working arrangements, with home-working kit provided and one day per week based in the office.
