Construction Delay Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Construction Delay Analyst to join our team at Maxim Recruitment. As a Construction Delay Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior staff on projects and assignments requiring planning and delay analysis expertise.
Your key responsibilities will include handling delay claims on live projects, supporting an expert witness in arbitration and litigation proceedings, and advising clients on problematic projects. You will also be responsible for supporting colleagues with project deliverables and providing guidance on dispute avoidance tactics and alternative resolution techniques.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong working knowledge of common planning software such as Primavera, Asta PowerProject, TILOS, CEMAR, and Excel. You will also need to have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as a strong motivation to progress in a specialist claims and disputes environment.
We offer a competitive salary in the range of £50k-70k (DOE) and 33 days holiday inclusive of 8 Bank holidays. You will also have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and disputes, and to develop your expertise in a niche area of the construction industry.
