Forces Employment Charity is seeking a dedicated Employment Advisor to provide holistic employment and training advice to the spouses and partners of serving Armed Forces personnel and veterans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess individual client needs and identify challenges and barriers.
  • Build rapport, show empathy, motivate, and increase aspirations.
  • Support clients to develop employability skills and access training and apprenticeships.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to help clients achieve their career goals.

What We Offer:

  • A permanent, full-time position with 35 hours per week.
  • A competitive salary of £28,325.
  • The opportunity to work from home with occasional travel around Plymouth/Southwest.
