About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at the Acute Respiratory Unit at Fairfield General Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will work alongside a Registered Nurse to develop and deliver personalized care plans for patients. This will include assisting with personal care needs, mobility support, nutritional care, and maintaining thorough records and documentation.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare or equivalent experience
  • Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English and Maths Grade D-G)
  • Care Certificate
  • Experience of working as a Care Support Worker or equivalent in a Health or Social care setting
  • Experience of working within a team
