We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Chimneys Clinic in Bury St Edmunds. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to women with emerging or personality disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and medication management.
- Participate in ward rounds and contribute to the analysis of behaviors and adaptation of care.
- Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
- An annual salary of up to £25,756.
