Facilities Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee the management of properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and meet the needs of our clients. This will include coordinating with maintenance teams, handling property inspections, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £27,500 - £32,500 per annum, plus a bonus structure that rewards performance. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including holiday entitlement, pension scheme, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, property management)
