Job Title: Part Time Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to fill the role of Part Time Administrator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure all visitors receive a warm welcome and necessary assistance.
  • Switchboard Management: Manage switchboard calls, passing on messages and enquiries accurately and efficiently to the appropriate person.
  • Reception Maintenance: Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with literature.
  • Meeting Organization: Arrange meeting room bookings and Zoom links for virtual meetings as required.
  • Post Distribution: Distribute incoming post, collect outgoing post, and arrange courier collections.
  • Office Supplies: Order office supplies, including tea/coffee/milk and ensure the kitchen is tidy.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure office facilities, such as photocopiers and shredders, are in good working order.
  • Email Management: Manage organisational email inboxes and respond accordingly.
