Excel Administrator

We are recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator to join our team at Rx Plus, based in Manchester.
This is a temporary ongoing position with the possibility of leading to a permanent role.
The salary for this position is £12 per hour + Holiday Pay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders for contractors and materials
- Booking hotels and travel arrangements
- Supporting meeting room bookings and diary planning
- Preparing quotes and reports
- Chasing contractors for updates and paperwork
- Providing general administrative support
- Logging and tracking requests, providing regular updates on status
- Resolving issues accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft systems
- Flexible approach to meet business needs
