Job Title: Finance Administrator

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Client Money team in Leeds as a Finance Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing reconciliation and process activities across Cash Posting and Allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reconciliation and process activities across Cash Posting and Allocation.
  • Work with your manager to set and achieve yearly objectives.
  • Communicate and build relations with other IBA departments and internal Brokers and businesses to investigate and resolve any queried transactions.
  • Be proactively involved and support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
  • Support audit requests for information and process walk-through exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative as well as work within a team environment.
  • Adaptable mindset to respond positively to change.
  • Strength and resilience to work under pressure.
  • Skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Ideal financial experience in an insurance broking environment.
  • Client Money (Cass 5) knowledge (desirable).
