About Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars
Located in the heart of London, Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars is a five-star hotel that offers a unique blend of history and modern luxury. The hotel is situated directly outside Blackfriars station, providing easy access to the city's main attractions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the culinary operations of the hotel, including restaurants, lounges, bars, and in-room dining.
- Ensure that the hotel's food and beverage standards are consistently met, providing exceptional levels of service to guests.
- Recruit, select, and develop a team of skilled culinary professionals.
- Maximize revenue and manage costs in collaboration with the Head of Departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with local, national, and international market trends, vendors, and hotel operations to ensure the hotel remains competitive.
- Align food and beverage activities with the hotel's overall strategy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a chef background being highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
