Job Title: Car Sales Executive - Enfield

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and cultured Car Sales Executive to join our team at Enfield. As the face of our brand and company in this location, you will be responsible for selling New and Used cars to retail customers using cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customers are met to provide a consistent approach to our sales process.
  • Use our client's sales processes and effective enquiry management to take customers on a journey from initial welcome through to negotiation and close.

Requirements:

  • Car Sales Experience from a main dealer or independent retailer background.
  • Experience of delivering first-class customer service in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.
  • Full UK driving licence.

The Package:

  • Market-leading basic salary of £22,500, with top performers earning £65k OTE.

Working Hours:

  • 9am - 6pm Weekdays.
  • 9am - 5pm Saturday.
  • 10am - 4pm Sunday.
  • 1 day off (Monday to Friday).
  • 2/4 Sundays off.
