Corporate Hospitality Specialist Opportunity

Lah Property Marketing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Hospitality Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors and creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere at our ground floor reception.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a front of house reception role, with a vibrant personality and a can-do attitude. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for coordinating with letting agents, preparing the building for viewings, and working closely with various teams to ensure a seamless experience. You will also be expected to welcome new occupiers, contribute to creating a sense of community within the building, and provide support with meeting room bookings and maintenance.

A competitive salary of £29,500 per annum is on offer, plus a range of benefits including company pension, referral programme, wellness scheme, and company events.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors
  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the reception area
  • Coordinate with letting agents and prepare the building for viewings
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure a seamless experience
  • Welcome new occupiers and contribute to creating a sense of community within the building
