Teaching Assistant for Child with Special Needs

Future Education seeks a Teaching Assistant for Child with Special Needs to work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant with a Year 1 boy who has Autism and ADHD.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Support the child's learning and development in a mainstream environment.
- Implement strategies to enhance engagement and motivation.
- Work collaboratively with the teacher and other support staff to ensure the student's needs are met.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- A valid enhanced DBS check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
£88,000 - £94,000 per annum.
