Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper/Management Accountant to join our team at The Dove Partnership. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills to liaise with the Finance Director and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present monthly management accounts, basic tax, and annual financial reports.
  • Process purchase invoices and prepare and process bank payments.
  • Manage credit control, including sending out copy invoices and statements.
  • Collaborate with the team and other commercial teams to prepare financial forecasts.
  • Assist with the preparation of management reports and other ad hoc reporting.
  • Liaise with outsourced payroll providers to ensure timely salary payments.
  • Prepare P&L and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements

Strong Excel skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be flexible and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
