FIND | Creating Futures, a specialist staffing business, is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Programme Lead to join their team in Kent and Sussex. The company services the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK, with a focus on delivering high-quality apprenticeships.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the performance management of a team to meet contractual targets and objectives related to success rates, non-starters, referrals, and progressions. They will also be responsible for recruiting, managing, and supporting a team of tutors across various sectors.

This role requires strong knowledge of apprenticeships and relevant funding streams, as well as experience in driving quality learning and achieving learner start and completion targets. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a similar Operations/Performance Manager role, managing a team of assessors delivering on the New Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance management of the team to meet contractual targets and objectives.
  • Recruit, manage, and support a team of tutors across various sectors.
  • Set and monitor monthly KPIs to ensure timely completion of all elements of the apprenticeship programme.
  • Facilitate continuous staff training to maintain consistent processes and practices in line with funding and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular observations of teaching and learning in the field and monitor functional skills delivery for continuous learner development.
About You:
  • Proven experience in driving quality learning and achieving learner start and completion targets.
  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeships and relevant funding streams.
  • Recent experience in a similar Operations/Performance Manager role, managing a team of assessors delivering on the New Standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in IT and comfortable working with e-portfolios and various software platforms.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
