Job Title: Business Development Manager

Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team at White Label Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the development and execution of strategic sales plans.

Your primary focus will be on large and mid-sized regional waste management companies across the South of England. You will be responsible for generating new business through active business development and warm leads, with a focus on selling equipment such as conveyors, balers, and shredders. Regular travel with overnight stays will be required to meet clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active business development and warm leads

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales processes and procedures

Requirements:

* Strong sales experience in the waste management sector

* Proven track record of success in business development and sales

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Experience:

* 5+ years of sales experience in the waste management sector

* Stability and longevity in previous roles

* Enthusiastic, confident, and motivated

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Benefits: Commission, company car or car allowance, pension, 23 days annual leave including bank holidays

Perm/Contract: Perm

Location: Business development manager WFH – South of England

Hours of work: 37.5
