Trainee Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Trainee Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

About the Role

As a Trainee Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our residents with their daily routines, promoting independence, and providing personalized care. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily routines, encouraging independence and providing hands-on help as needed.
  • Implement individualized care plans with attention and compassion.
  • Monitor residents' well-being and report any issues to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager.
  • Treat every resident with dignity and respect, ensuring they always feel valued.
  • Engage with residents and colleagues, promoting a welcoming and warm environment.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies, assist with mobility and nutrition, and ensure a safe and clean environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.10, contracted hours of 22-44 per week, and a range of benefits including pension, annual leave, and uniform. We also offer a £500 welcome bonus and the opportunity to develop your skills and career with our company.
