  • Support residents with daily routines, promoting independence and providing hands-on assistance as needed.
  • Implement individualized care plans with attention and compassion, ensuring each resident receives personalized care.
  • Monitor residents' well-being, reporting any concerns to the Nurse or Clinical Deputy Manager.
  • Treat every resident with dignity and respect, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Engage with residents and colleagues, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies, assist with mobility and nutrition, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.10.
  • A flexible contract with options for 22, 33, or 44 hours per week.
