We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as Assistant Director of Quality and Patient Safety. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality and patient safety strategies to drive improvement and excellence in patient care.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and clinicians on quality and patient safety matters.
- Lead and manage a team of quality and patient safety professionals to ensure effective delivery of quality and patient safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of quality and patient safety initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration on quality and patient safety matters.
- Professional registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. NMC, HCPC).
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. healthcare, leadership).
- Significant experience in a quality and patient safety leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving quality and patient safety improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
