Job Summary

This 12-month fixed-term contract is a fantastic opportunity to lead our team of Product Managers and Product Communications Managers in delivering continuous improvement across all customer journeys.

You'll work closely with the Head of Pension Proposition to drive commercial value and better outcomes for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a plan of customer journey reviews to ensure Product Managers meet key targets and timescales.
  • Measure and report the benefits identified and realised through Product Management activity.
  • Develop team templates and processes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality standards around pension content, impact assessment, and change initiatives.
