About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Aston Charles Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a panel of existing broker partners in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with allocated broker accounts within the region.
  • Work closely with the Head of Regional Business Development to identify new business opportunities and develop account plans.
  • Collaborate with UK region underwriters to deliver new business terms and ensure seamless execution.
  • Present market-leading specialist insurance products to allocated brokers, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Identify and pursue new broker prospects to expand our network and drive business growth.
