About the Role: At easyJet Airline Company PLC, we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Operations Controller to join our Engineering and Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing operational maintenance activities to ensure continued airworthiness and safety management.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong technical background and industry experience. You will work closely with our team to deliver high aircraft performance standards and contribute to Europe's highest technical dispatch reliability as recognized by Airbus.

In this role, you will utilize your technical expertise to coordinate aircraft rescues and defect rectification, ensuring prompt return to service and maximizing aircraft availability. Proficiency in using aircraft maintenance documentation and computer-based reporting and recording systems is essential.

  • Minimum 5 years of operational experience in a line/base maintenance environment with recent maintenance control background.
  • Extensive experience with the Airbus A320 aircraft family.
  • Good understanding of maintenance schedules.
  • Willingness to be flexible.
Remuneration and Benefits: This full-time permanent role offers a competitive base salary, up to 20% bonus, 32 days holiday, BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes, 7% pension, Life Assurance, Flexible benefits package, and Excellent staff travel benefits.

Location and Working Hours: Based in Luton working 12-hour shifts Days and Nights on a 28-day rotating roster.
