Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to staff in the delivery of high-quality care to children and young people with complex needs, including those with Autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver holistic care plans that meet the needs of service users.
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Maintain awareness of national and local policy implications for service delivery and own actions.
  • Administer medication safely and effectively, adhering to trust policies and NMC guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to CWPT policy and procedure.
Requirements
  • RGN/RMN qualified with extensive experience in complex care settings.
  • Demonstrable leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, including CWPT policy and NMC guidelines.
