Job Description- Employee Relations:

- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively, ensuring a fair and respectful work environment.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to drive employee growth and development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management and employee development, helping them build high-performing teams.
- Identify training needs and organise training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, best practices, and regulations, mitigating risk and maintaining a strong employer brand.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
- HR Metrics and Reporting:
