About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement living accommodation.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met. You will also be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, coordinating contractors, and completing health and safety checks.

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a background in administration and customer service, and experience in a similar role. You will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
