Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day financial transactions for meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions across multiple European countries.
- Process accounts payable, including creating purchase orders, approving supplier invoices, and setting up payments.
- Handle sales ledger activities, such as creating quotes and raising client invoices.
- Support credit control efforts to ensure timely payment collection.
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations in various currencies.
- Provide monthly reports to the management team.
- Assist the project team with general administration duties.
- Prior experience in an office-based finance administration role is essential.
