**Job Title**: IFA Sales support

**Salary**: up to £27,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
**About the Company**:
You will be working on behalf of a highly successful, IFA firm who provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, they are seeking a Professional Administrative support.
**What Your Day to Day Duties Will Include**:
- Communicating with plan providers to obtain client information, valuations and plan documentation.
- Completing, checking and inputting client documentation on to IO.
- Ensuring that our records are correct and kept up-to-date.
- Printing, binding and posting reports, letters and presentations.
- Arranging meetings and meeting rooms, as required.
- Ensuring that relevant supporting documents are provided to Paraplanners and Financial Advisers.
- Good understanding of, and adherence to, expectations with regard to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), FCA Regulations, Compliance and Data Protection requirements.
- Helping prepare client financial planning reviews.
**What is Needed to Be Considered**:
- Previous experience in administration, preferably within a financial advisory firm
- A good general understanding of financial products (Pensions, ISAs, Life Cover, Mortgages, etc.
- Previous experience of using Intelligent Office software
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- A thorough and diligent approach to work
- Ability to quickly build positive relationships at all levels of the business, including colleagues, clients, product providers and any third-party connections
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year
