About the Role

In this key Finance role at AXA Health, you will take ownership of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. You will support AXA Health Executives to achieve financial results and manage stakeholder understanding of business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Own the communication of financial results to summarise current performance and future implications against business targets.
  • Co-ordinate the building and messaging of management actions to mitigate any gaps between actuals and target to manage stakeholders' understanding of business performance.
  • Manage the delivery of the annual strategic financial planning process, ensuring aligned input from the Strategy, Pricing and Distribution teams.
  • Maintain the formal in-year forecasting process for half-year and full year, and relevant ad-hoc local out-turn analysis.
  • Drive dynamic Financial MI and analysis that gives insight on performance. Using new tools, such as PowerBI, to maximise efficiency and quality.
  • Lead a team within a wider Financial Management Team, ensuring direct report objectives are clear and performance managed.
  • Deputise for Head of Financial Management and contribute to the wider leadership of the Financial Management Team to ensure all financial processes remain aligned and efficient end-to-end.
  • Ensure team outputs and key messages including ad-hoc and formal deliverables are clear and accurate with messages tailored to the key stakeholder audience.
