Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Biophysics Research Scientist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our platform technology group, you will play a crucial role in advancing therapeutic research projects from discovery to clinic. Your expertise in biophysical binding characterization techniques will enable you to design and conduct experiments, generate valuable data insights, and drive project advancements.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute biophysical assays, including SPR, to characterize molecular interactions and support core research projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide specialist insight and deliver high-quality data that informs project decisions.
* Develop and implement new biophysical techniques to enhance project support and contribute to the lab's capabilities.
* Ensure meticulous data capture and analysis while adhering to strict data integrity standards.
Qualifications
* PhD in Biological Sciences or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience in biophysical binding characterization techniques, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
* Strong theoretical understanding of key biophysical screening cascades and ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication with diverse teams and presentation of complex data-driven information.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and focus on thorough documentation and data integrity.
