About the Organisation

Our client supports hospitals with grants, arts, volunteering, and fundraising. They are looking for a Volunteering Manager to join them full-time, working 35 hours per week.


Key Responsibilities
  • Building effective partnerships across the wider healthcare sector and local communities, you will design and develop volunteering opportunities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality operations and safe, engaging environments for volunteers.

About You
  • Experience of working with volunteers and managing volunteer programmes
  • Experience of managing multiple projects to a high quality and delivering intended outcomes
  • Experience managing relationships across complex organisations
  • Experience of charities and/or health-related organisations
  • Knowledge of delivering health improvement or community health equity programmes
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
