Job Summary

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Hospital Operations Team as a Quality and Service Excellence Manager, where you will play a critical role in driving improvements in patient experiences and delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement strategies to enhance patient experiences, working closely with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.">
  • To lead cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with national guidelines and regulatory requirements.">
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and partners.">

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree or equivalent experience, along with significant experience in leading teams in patient experience or customer service roles.

They will be able to collect and analyse complex data, interpret national guidance, and project manage multiple projects.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
