We are looking for an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd in Redbridge. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.

Job Description:
  • Create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our young learners.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, ensuring effective communication with parents and carers.

To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant qualification in childcare, experience working in early years settings, and a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. A minimum Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent is essential.
