We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team of SEN Teaching Assistants in East London.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional support to children with diverse needs and abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver targeted interventions to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.
  • To assist with daily living tasks, promoting dignity and respect at all times.
  • To contribute to lesson planning and delivery, adapting materials to meet the needs of individual students.
  • To build strong relationships with parents and carers, fostering trust and cooperation.
  • To stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN support, sharing knowledge with colleagues.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain patient and composed in challenging situations.

Remuneration: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
