Academic Lecturer in Financial Management and Quantitative Finance

We are seeking a talented and experienced Academic Lecturer in Financial Management and Quantitative Finance to join our academic team at Galileo Global Education. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our finance programs, developing and delivering curriculum, and contributing to the growth and success of our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and assess students in finance-related modules, including Financial Management, Financial Analysis, Investments Analysis, and Quantitative Finance.
- Develop and deliver high-quality curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and academic excellence.
- Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives, leveraging your expertise in finance and education.
- Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver innovative teaching methods, ensuring student engagement and success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to enhance teaching and research.
- Masters degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in finance and education.
- Proven industry experience in finance, with a focus on teaching, learning, and assessment in the Higher Education sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage students and colleagues alike.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a demanding academic environment.
