Job Title: Lecturer in Financial Management and Quantitative Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lecturer to join our academic team in the field of Financial Management and Quantitative Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and assessing students across a range of finance modules, from Level 4 to Level 7, and will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the discipline within the University.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and assess students in finance modules, including Financial Management, Financial Analysis, and Quantitative Finance
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials and resources
  • Contribute to the development of the finance curriculum and assessment strategies
  • Supervise and mentor students on research projects and dissertations
  • Participate in departmental and faculty meetings and contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, plus experience in teaching and research in Higher Education
  • Knowledge and experience of teaching in Higher Education, with a focus on finance and quantitative methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
