The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the General Manager to join our team at The Balmoral.

As a key member of our administration team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring the smooth running of their daily tasks and responsibilities.

Key responsibilities will include managing the daily diary, scheduling events, preparing correspondence, and collating reports. You will also be involved in ensuring the smooth running of key projects and ad hoc activities at the hotel.

As a tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, you will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively as part of a team.

This is a job share role, operating Wednesday to Friday inclusive (24 hours per week).
