Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Door Person to join our team at 100 Princes Street, a luxurious 5-star hotel in the heart of Edinburgh. As the face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome for our guests, and setting the tone for their stay with us.

About the Role:
You will work closely with our Guest Services Manager to ensure seamless operations, reporting any issues or concerns promptly. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome for our guests
  • Work closely with the Guest Services Manager to ensure seamless operations
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly
  • Utilize your excellent communication skills and attention to detail to deliver a high-quality service
  • Meet and greet guests, handling their luggage and providing general assistance as required
