About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled nurse to join our team in a 26-bedded mixed specialty area at Hammersmith Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for a band 5 nurse to work in a dedicated private facility, providing high-quality patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide effective, individualized care to patients undergoing complex surgeries, outpatient chemotherapy, and managing symptoms caused by their treatment or cancer.
  • To assess care needs, develop, implement, and evaluate them without supervision, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Previous experience in healthcare, preferably in cardiology, cardiothoracic, upper GI, or renal specialties
  • Strong knowledge of quality, standard setting, and audit, as well as current developments in nursing
  • Awareness of the NMC Code of Conduct and ability to teach
  • Competency in medication management and basic IT skills

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
