Clinical Team Leads play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to adults and adolescents with mental health issues. As an Occupational Therapist in this role, you will manage and lead a team of therapists to ensure the effective delivery of care.

Key Features of the Role:
  • You will be responsible for receiving and responding to referrals, undertaking patient assessments, and planning relevant interventions.
  • Working closely with the therapy lead, you will develop living skills, rehabilitation, and educational opportunities/therapies under the strategic direction of the therapy department.
  • Ensuring the effective management of occupational therapists and assistants is crucial to this role.
  • You will plan and implement individual and group interventions collaboratively with service users.

The estimated salary range for this position is £49,000 - £53,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer:
