About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to join our team at Mavrec. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough L2 and L3 RICS surveys, valuations, and assessments of residential properties. Your expertise will be essential in evaluating property conditions, identifying potential issues or hazards, and providing detailed reports.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct L2 and L3 RICS surveys, valuations, and assessments of residential properties
- Evaluate property conditions and identify potential issues or hazards
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations
- Cover NE, DE, and/or SR postcodes depending on your location

What We're Looking For
- Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
- Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS with VRS qualification
