Residential Surveyor Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to join our team at Mavrec Recruitment. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, associated valuations, and assessments of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting properties to evaluate their conditions and identify potential issues or hazards
  • Providing detailed reports on survey findings
  • Conducting valuations and assessments of residential properties
  • Covering NE, DE, and/or SR postcodes depending on your location
Requirements:
  • Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
  • Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS with VRS qualification
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + bonus
  • Car allowance and mileage cover (own car is necessary)
  • Equipment provided
  • Monday - Friday working hours
  • 25 days + bank holidays annual leave
