Job Title: Residential Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to join our team at MAVREC LTD. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, associated valuations, and assessments of residential properties.

About the Role:
  • Conduct L2 and L3 RICS surveys of residential properties
  • Perform associated valuations and assessments
  • Inspect properties, evaluate conditions, and identify potential issues or hazards
  • Provide detailed reports
About the Client:

Our client is an end-to-end property solution provider in the UK, offering a comprehensive range of property services, including surveys, mortgages, conveyancing, removal services, and online auctions.

Requirements:
  • Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
  • Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS with VRS
Package:

£45,000 - £55,000 DOE + bonus

Car allowance and mileage cover (own car is necessary)

Equipment provided

Monday - Friday

25 days + bank holidays
