We are seeking a skilled Residential Surveyor to join our team at MAVREC LTD. As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting L2 and L3 RICS surveys, associated valuations, and assessments of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspecting properties to evaluate their conditions and identify potential issues or hazards
- Providing detailed reports on survey findings
- Conducting associated valuations and assessments of residential properties
Requirements:
- Experience in residential property surveys and assessments
- Knowledge of building construction, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in using surveying tools and software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- AssocRICS/ MRICS/FRICS with VRS
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 DOE + bonus
- Car allowance and mileage cover (own car is necessary)
- Equipment provided
- Monday - Friday
- 25 days + bank holidays
