">As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEMH needs, helping them access their learning, and providing emotional and behavioral support throughout the school day.
">Your Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group support to students with SEMH needs">
- Assist the classroom teacher with delivering tailored lessons and activities">
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills">

Requirements:
">We are looking for an experienced candidate who has worked with children or young people with SEMH or other additional needs. A positive approach, patience, and proactivity are essential in supporting students with a range of learning and emotional challenges.
">What We Offer:
">This is a full-time opportunity (Monday to Friday) with stability and work-life balance. You will have the chance to develop your skills through ongoing professional development and training.
">Salary: £91,000 per year
