We are seeking a highly skilled Buying Strategy Manager to join our team at Katie Loxton. As a key member of our Buying team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our buying strategy for Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with the CEO, Creative Director, and Head of Channel to develop and execute the supplier sourcing strategy.
  • You will formulate and set the buying plan and budget for all categories across both brands.
  • You will take accountability for the company's design compliance and quality, managing the buying team to execute this.

We are looking for someone with excellent team management and mentoring experience, a proven track record of implementing impactful strategies, and a strong understanding of QC and commercial acumen.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • 25 days' holiday rising to 27 days with length of service, plus bank holidays.
