REED SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a Controller of Finance Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a team of accountants and oversee the day-to-day running of the finance department.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing a team of accountants, overseeing the preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts, and leading the annual audit process. A fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS) or QBE is required, as well as excellent communication skills to deal with non-finance stakeholders.

Direct management experience is ideal, although a background in manufacturing is not essential. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £62,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
