Support Worker Vacancy in Lichfield

We are seeking a dedicated support worker to assist an individual with autism in their own home and community. The role will involve supporting the client with daily tasks, personal care, and engaging in hobbies and interests.

The ideal candidate will have similar interests and enjoy caring for animals, including a kitten and guinea pig.

About the Role:
  • Provide care and support to individuals with autism
  • Assist with complex care, particularly stoma care (training provided)
  • Aid with personal care and daily tasks
  • Engage clients in hobbies and interests, such as baking and crafting
  • Accompany clients in the community and perform household tasks
Working Hours:Week 1:
  • Wednesday: 12pm-5pm
  • Thursday: 5pm-7pm
  • Saturday: 12-4pm
  • Sunday: 12-4pm (15 hours)
Week 2:
  • Wednesday: 5pm-7pm
  • Thursday: 12-5pm (7 hours)
