Counsellor for Student Well-being

DN Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Counsellor to provide confidential counselling services to our students and apprentices.
About the RoleAs a College Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' mental health and well-being. Your expertise will help students overcome challenges, both academic and personal, and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students, addressing academic, social, and emotional concerns.
- Respond to urgent situations and provide immediate support.
- Organize workshops, events, and awareness campaigns related to mental health and well-being.
- Relevant qualifications in counselling, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in counselling or mental health support.
- A genuine concern for students' well-being and the ability to build trust.
