About the Role

Moodys is a global integrated risk assessment firm that empowers organizations to make better decisions. We are seeking a highly skilled Director - Product Training to join our Moody's Analytics Know Your Customer (KYC) unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive learning & enablement programs to ensure client-facing teams are fully informed and trained on Moody's KYC client solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external resources to create engaging training content and interventions.
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify skills gaps to develop targeted training programs.
  • Design and facilitate live workshops and virtual trainings on KYC products and solutions.
  • Manage a small team of learning & enablement specialists.
  • Stay current with anti-financial crime and KYC industry trends, practices, and technology.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in direct sales or sales training.
  • Advanced facilitation, presentation, and training delivery skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver training courses and other learning interventions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to apply learning/training concepts and principles.
  • Ability to define and articulate product management, sales, and support strategies.
  • Skilled in influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to run and participate in meetings with all levels of an organization.
  • Innovative approach to solving complex issues and problem-solving.
  • Strong customer, project management, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines.
  • Strong editing and proof-reading abilities.
  • Willingness to travel.
