**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Director to lead our multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing hands-on clinical leadership and direct management support to nurses, healthcare assistants, ward clerks, and volunteers.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to shape the hospice's long-term vision by engaging with patients, families, and local health and social care stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing clinical leadership and direct management support to the care team.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Clinical Services, medical staff, and senior team members to enhance patient care and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Engaging with patients, families, and local health and social care stakeholders to shape the hospice's long-term vision.
  • Participating in the clinical on-call rota and working collaboratively across departments to promote a seamless patient experience.
